The method comprises the following steps that a client sends a transportation request to a central processor and an information processing server; the central processor searches for the information of no-load logistics vehicles in a preset area after receiving the transportation request, and determines logistics companies to which the vehicles belong, and the central processor sends a processing request to the information processing server; the information processing server receives the processing request, the information processing server sends a new search request through the central processor if the information processing server determines that the quantity of goods which can be loaded in the no-load logistics vehicles of logistics companies in the preset area cannot meet the requirement of the transportation request, and the central processor searches no-load logistics vehicles of the logistics companies once again according to a preset searching strategy after receiving the new search request; and the information processing server determines the transportation prices of the logistics companies which meet the transportation requirement according to a price strategy, and determines a target logistics company according to the preset strategy.
