Problems solved by technology

[0004] 1. The system construction cost is relatively high, and the local-level sensing nodes are relatively expensive. For example, each elevator main controller is equipped with a GPRS module, and the cost is relatively high;
[0005] 2. The transplantation function of the monitoring and management system is weak. The management system of the system has a one-to-one correspondence with the main control equipment at the field level, which makes it difficult to transplant easily. The cost of secondary development increases, and it cannot adapt to the increase in the frequency of on-site equipment and the types of equipment. Replacement, so the system versatility and scalability need to be improved;
[0006] 3. The monitoring range of the system is limited, generally limited to one community or one area. The remote centralized monitoring and management system for multi-area elevators has not yet appeared. Even for multi-area monitoring, the method generally adopted is to aggregate the monitoring computer data of each area into the network via the network. Monitoring center, this method requires additional configuration of computer and communication facilities, and the cost is relatively high;
[0007] 4. The system is limited to the elevator monitoring function, and there is no data sharing with elevator-related enterprises

Embodiment Construction

[0027] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0028] see figure 1 . An elevator IoT system based on Zigbee technology according to an embodiment of the present invention includes at least one Zigbee area network 100, a monitoring center 300 and a plurality of clients.

[0029] Each Zigbee domain network 100 represents an elevator monitoring area, which includes at least one elevator 11, an elevator controller 12 arranged in each elevator, several Zigbee routing nodes, a Zigbee coordinator 14 and a GPRS module 15. The several Zigbee routing nodes at least include Zigbee terminal routing nodes 13 equal to the number of elevator controllers, and in some cases, the several Zigbee routing nodes also include several Zigbee relay routing nodes 16 . The Zigbee terminal routing node 13 is coupled with the elevator controller 12 in one-to-one correspondence, and sends the data transmitted by the elevator controller 12 dir...

Abstract

The invention discloses an elevator internet of things system based on a Zigbee technology. The system comprises at least one Zigbee personal area network, a monitoring center and a plurality of clients. Each Zigbee personal area network comprises at least one elevator, an elevator controller which is arranged in each elevator, a plurality of Zigbee routing nodes, a Zigbee coordinator and a data transmission module. The monitoring center comprises a Web server, a database server and an application server. The data transmission modules transmit the data which is sent from the Zigbee coordinators to the application server through a communication network, and the application server stores the data which is transmitted from the data transmission modules in the database server through the Web server. Each client comprises a client-side computer which can access a database through an internet. The system can monitor the elevators in a plurality of area in a unified manner and can be compatible to different elevator equipment and the monitoring protocols of different elevator control system suppliers.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an elevator internet of things system based on Zigbee technology. Background technique [0002] With the development of the national economy and the continuous advancement of urban modernization, high-rise residential buildings are becoming more and more popular in major cities. In these communities, elevators, as a means of vertical transportation, have become an indispensable part of people's work and life. With the increasing number of elevators, people have put forward higher requirements for the intelligent control and management of elevators. Generally speaking, newly built large-scale commercial areas and residential areas have established their own elevator control centers, but these supervised elevators only account for a small part of the elevators used, and unsupervised elevators often cause long-term trapped people, etc. Therefore, comprehensive and effective monitoring of elevators is an inevitable requirement fo...
