[0024] The method for determining the Mo element in the tungsten-containing molybdenum-iron alloy by X-ray fluorescence spectroscopic analysis of the present invention will be described in conjunction with an example.

[0025] The X-ray fluorescence spectroscopic analysis of the Mo element in the molybdenum-iron alloy containing tungsten of the present invention is based on the following design idea: in the X-ray fluorescence analysis method of molybdenum-iron analysis, there is no standard sample of the molybdenum-iron alloy containing tungsten in the existing standard samples. Methods The tungsten-molybdenum-iron alloy sample after chemical wet method value was used as the standard sample, and then a series of tungsten-molybdenum-iron alloy standard samples with different Mo content were prepared by adding pure iron, and the working curve was drawn to complete the analysis method. X-ray fluorescence spectroscopic analysis of the present invention contains the determination me...

Abstract

The invention provides a method for measuring a Mo element in a tungstenic ferro-molybdenum alloy through X-ray fluorescence spectrum analysis. The method comprises the following steps: preparing instrument measurement conditions and samples, selecting standard samples, drawing a working curve, and measuring accuracy and precision. According to the invention, the method has the effects that the arrangement of the series of standard samples to draw the working curve in combination with the calibration of the Mo element and W element can realize the accurate and quick measurement of the Mo element in the tungstenic ferro-molybdenum alloy. According to the former measurement result, the Mo element content in practical production samples is 56.32 percent and is different with 62.31 percent obtained from a chemical humid analysis, with 6 percent deviation, so the analysis result is inaccurate. The method provided by the invention has an accurate and reliable analysis result and meets the enterprises' requirements of being quick and accurate for detection and assay data. Moreover, the method is simple in operation, and good in repeatability, and can accurately and quickly measure the content of the Mo element in the tungstenic ferro-molybdenum alloy. Compared with a chemical analysis which is classical, but is long in period and large in chemical reagent consumption, the method provided by the invention saves the period and the chemical reagent consumption.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an X-ray fluorescence spectrum analysis technology for ferromolybdenum, in particular to an X-ray fluorescence spectrum analysis method for determining Mo element in tungsten-containing molybdenum-iron alloys. Background technique [0002] X-ray fluorescence spectroscopic analysis is an instrumental analysis method commonly used in metallurgical analysis at home and abroad. It has the advantages of simple sample preparation method, wide analysis content range, high accuracy and fast analysis speed. At present, many metallurgical units often use X-ray fluorescence spectroscopic analysis for the detection of ferromolybdenum alloys. However, during the research on the determination of Mo element in ferromolybdenum alloy containing tungsten element, it is found that the accuracy of Mo element is seriously affected when ferromolybdenum element containing tungsten element is determined. Moreover, the main element of molybdenum-iron ...
