Abstract

The invention discloses a call establishment method of a number portability user to be called, an I-CSCF (interrogating call session control function) and an IMS (IP multimedia subsystem) and relates to the technical field of number portability. The call establishment method comprises the following steps that a calling which is started for the number portability user is routed into the I-CSCF in the IMS domain with which the number portability user signs a contract for the first time; the I-CSCF acquires a new public user identity from an HSS (home subscriber server) in the IMS domain with which the number portability user signs the contract for the first time; the new public user identity is identified to be the public user identity which is distributed for the number portability user through an IMS domain to which the number portability user transfers; and the I-CSCF uses the new public user identity to establish a call of a calling party on the number portability user.
