The special controlled-release fertilizer comprises biological-control pesticidal fertilizer, sulfurated high-molecular polymercoated urea, humic-acid coated urea, humic-acid coated potassiumsulfate and diammonium phosphate in proportion, wherein the biological-control pesticidal fertilizer is formed by compounding and granulating a solid culture, urea and diatomite, and the solid culture is prepared from actinomycetes and pochonia chlamydosporia through solid cultivation in the prior art. The invention also provides the preparation method and the application of the special controlled-release fertilizer for the watermelons. According to the nutrient need rule of the watermelons, the biological-control pesticidal fertilizer is matched with controlled-release nitrogen fertilizer, phosphatic fertilizer and potassic fertilizer, and the special controlled-release fertilizer not only provides a biological disease preventing function to the watermelons, but also enables nutrient release to meet a watermelon absorbing requirement.
