Abstract

The invention discloses an application of a complexing agent in improvement of soil enzymatic activity of festuca arudinaces. The complexing agent is ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid, nitrilotriacetic acid or diethyl triamine tetraacetic acid; and the concentration of the complexing agent is 3-5mmol.kg<-1>. The experiment result shows that ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid (EDTA), nitrilotriacetic acid (NTA) and diethyl triamine tetraacetic acid (DTPA) are applied to the repair of heavy metal in soil to affect the biological environment of the soil, so as to affect the conversion of soil nutrients to affect the growth of a plant. Therefore, the health condition of the soil is evaluated when the heavy metal content in the soil is reduced; as the analysis, the method can be used as a proper reference concentration interval for the application of the EDTA when the concentration of the EDTA is smaller than 10mmol.kg<-1>; and a reference interval of the NTA is the same as that of the EDTA. As to the DTPA, the dosage can be considered to be 5mmok.kg<-1> when the economic cost and the remediation effect are synthesized.
