According to the method, the electronic certificates on the advertiser player are transmitted to the intelligent terminal in a wireless data transmission manner, and the user of the intelligent terminal can enjoy favorable price at corresponding retailers by virtue of the electronic certificates obtained from the advertiser player. Therefore, not only the labor cost for dispensing the electronic certificates is saved, but also release and acquisition of the targeted electronic certificates are provided.
