According to the preparation method, in the presence of nano-silica, a polymer-base nanometer composite material with amphiphilic block hydrophobic associating polymer wrapping inorganic nano-silica is successfully synthesized by virtue of a micellar emulsion polymerization method and combines the rigidity and the heat stability of the inorganic nano-silica and the characteristics of the amphiphilic block hydrophobic associating polymer together, and the temperature resistance, the salt tolerance and the thickening property of the polymer are obviously improved by virtue of the polymer-base nanometer composite material on the basis of the existing good performances of the amphiphilic block hydrophobic associating polymer. As a temperature-resistant, salt-tolerant and fluid loss reducing agent for a drilling fluid in the drilling engineering, the polymer nano-silica temperature-resistant, salt-tolerant and fluid loss reducing agent has a remarkable fluid loss reducing effect under high temperature and high salinity.

Method of resource protection, decrement treatment of town sewage and sludge

The invention discloses a method of reducing the town sewage and sludge and managing the resource belonging to solid waste treating technical field. The method is provided with following steps: diluting and breaking the dehydrated mud cake by sodium hydroxide solution, and stripping a large amount of organic matter in sludge, getting concentrated sludge and supernatant fluid by centrifugation; dehydrating the former after neutralization and regulation; obtaining a concentrated liquid and a filtered liquid after wind filtering and secondary ultrafiltration of the latter. The supernatant fluid contains lots of sodium hydroxide, and is reflowed to cycle. After disposal, the rate of water content of the dehydrate mud cake is reduced to about 70%, lowering 50% compared to the organic matter content before disposal, and lowering 2/3 of total mass. The concentrated liquid after ultrafiltration is mainly composed of organic matter with a large molecule such as humic acid, and with a low content of heavy metal. The pathogenic bacteria is deactivated which accords to the ''fertilizer utilization criteria'' of Ministry of Agriculture to produce a safe and efficient liquid organic fertilizer. The invention is suitable for the residual active sludge generated from the town sewage treating factory, for digesting the sludge and reducing the composite sludge and for managing the resource.

The deep dehydration method for the organic materials comprises the following steps: (a) carrying out pretreatment: stirring the organic granular materials, and adjusting the additive, moisture content and temperature of the organic granular materials; (b) carrying out thermal hydrolysis: putting the organic granular materials pretreated in the step (a) into a hydrolysis tank, carrying out thermal hydrolysis on the organic granular materials so as to destroy sticky organic substances outside granules of sludge or mud materials and liberate biochemical water organic matters contained in the granules, and thus, hydrolyzing the biochemical water organic matters contained in the granules; (c) carrying out thermal oxidation: putting a thermal hydrolysis product obtained in the step (b) into an oxidation tank, and carrying out thermal oxidation on the thermal hydrolysis product so as to release biochemical water; (d) carrying out solid-liquid separation: dehydrating a product obtained in the step (c), wherein after dehydration, a solid substance can be directly recovered as a solid organic fertilizer, and a liquid substance can be concentrated and oxidized as a liquid organic fertilizer.

The invention relates to a filtrate loss reducer for high-temperature-resistant oil field drilling fluid, a preparation method of the filtrate loss reducer, and application of a treatment agent. A novel high-temperature-resistant filtrate loss reducer is synthesized by implementing the following steps: adopting lignin, acrylamide and 2-acrylamide-2-methyl propanesulfonate as synthetic monomers; enabling the synthetic monomers to perform graft copolymerization under the initiation of potassium peroxodisulfate, ammonium ferrous sulfate hexahydrate and hydrogen peroxide respectively; adding a crosslinking agent, namely N,N-methylene bisacrylamide to enhance the stabilizing force of the synthetic monomers under high temperature condition. The filtrate loss reducer disclosed by the invention adopts waste materials of a paper-making factory, is extensive in source and low in cost, and can be used for absorbing the excellent viscosity reduction capacity of lignin; the introduced acrylamide and 2-acrylamide-2-methyl propanesulfonate can be used for improving the precipitation capacity at a high temperature; N,N-methylene bisacrylamide is added as the crosslinking agent to ensure that a network structure is formed, the high temperature resistance can be improved, an oil and gas layer can be protected from collapsing, and the service life of an oil well can be prolonged. A product disclosed by the invention is applied to the oil field drilling fluid.

The invention discloses a method for preparing an attapulgite/carbon composite adsorbent by one-step carbonization-activation. According to the method, nature attapulgite clay with low cost and a biomass cellulose carbon source are taken as raw materials, ZnCl2 is taken as an activating agent, and the attapulgite/carbon composite adsorbent is prepared by a one-step calcination method. According to the method, amorphous carbon with an organophilic property can be supported on the surfaces of attapulgite crystals, and the specific surface area of a composite can be further greatly enlarged by activation and pore-forming effects of ZnCl2. Compared with the natural unmodified attapulgite clay, the removal rate against pollutant methylene blue in water of the composite adsorbent after activation is greatly improved. According to the method disclosed by the invention, the sources of the raw materials are extensive, the price is low, the preparation process is simple, and the reaction conditions are mild; and the adsorption capability of the attapulgite/carbon composite adsorbent prepared by the method disclosed by the invention against pollutants in water is obviously upgraded, and the attapulgite/carbon composite adsorbent can be used for advanced treatment of the organic pollutants in the water.

The invention relates to a high-concentration anaerobic sludge digestion treatment process for carrying out mechanical dewatering on sludge, comprising the following steps of: conveying sludge with high water content into a concentration tank, wherein the water content of the concentrated sludge is reduced to 97 percent, and a supernate reflexes to a sludge treatment system; carrying out mechanical pre-dewatering on the concentrated sludge, wherein the water content is about 88-90 percent after the mechanical pre-dewatering; then carrying out anaerobic digestion on the pre-dewatered sludge under the high concentration condition by adopting a CSTR (Continuous Stirred-Tank Reactor); and further dewatering the sludge after anaerobic digestion, wherein the water content of a treated sludge cake is about 75 percent. The invention has following advantages and positive effects: by adopting the technical scheme, the dewatering effect of the sludge is favorable, the volume of an anaerobic sludge digestion tank is greatly shortened, and the capital construction investment and the operation cost of a sewage treatment plant are reduced; the load of organic matters in the sludge can be effectively improved by carrying out pre-dewatering on the sludge; and the CSTR anaerobic sludge digestion which is suitable for the high-concentration solid materials is used for treatment, which is beneficial to sludge resource utilization.
