The on-board member chip ID (identification) and software ID management component is used for managing and controlling software and hardware in the system. The password and encryption program management component is used for generating secret keys and password exclusive to the system according to ID number of software and hardware, part number and artificial secret keys in the system. The encryption and decryption component is used for decrypting programs or data ciphertexts according to selected secret keys and encryption program to generate executable programs or data plaintexts. The self-destruction and guard component is used for performing safety detection and protection to chips in the system and preventing illegal tamper and replacement. The processor chip guarantees safe operation of programs needed by the system and cannot store any other programs or data except for own necessary serial number, starting code and response programs after power failure. The on-board port and control member chip is a port chipset which is used for finishing all functions of the system.

According to the method, pseudo-range remaining error calculated by weighted least squares positioning is compared with a set of thresholds stored in advance in a memory, so that whether a fault satellite exists can be determined; if the fault satellite exists, statistic quantities are constructed to calculate the pseudo-range remaining error quantity of each satellite; a maximum value is searched, so that the fault satellite can be identified and removed; and multiple times of circulation are performed, and therefore, the probability of misjudgment can be decreased, multi-satellite faults can be identified. With the method of the invention adopted, computational complexity is reduced; intermediate quantities in a positioning calculation process are fully utilized, so that the calculation quantity of the steps of the whole method can be decreased, and therefore, the method can be applied to receivers which are low in processing speed and low in cost; the maximum value of the statistic quantities and circular detection are used in combination, and therefore, the calculation and use of fault satellite recognition thresholds can be avoided; and fault satellite detection and recognition of the satellite navigation receiver fault satellite detection method of the invention can achieve real-time detection, and therefore, the autonomous integrity of the receivers can be improved.
