The preparation method of the montmorillonite-modified crosslinked acrylate-hybridized core-shell emulsion comprises the following steps: dispersing sodium-based montmorillonite, an emulsifying agent and a buffering agent into water; stirring to obtain a sodium-based montmorillonite suspension; adding a core monomer mixture and an initiating agent solution into the sodium-based montmorillonite suspension, and preserving heat for 0.5 hours to obtain a seed emulsion; dripping the remaining core monomer mixture into the seed emulsion, and preserving heat for 1 hour to obtain a deep blue core emulsion; and adding the initiating agent solution and a shell monomer mixture into core emulsion, preserving heat for 2 hours and regulating pH value to obtain the opalescent bluish montmorillonite-modified crosslinked acrylate-hybridized core-shell emulsion. The prepared montmorillonite-modified crosslinked acrylate-hybridized core-shell emulsion is good in water resistance and heat resistance of a coating, adjustable in gloss of a latex film, free of organic solvent, environment-friendly, relatively high in solid content (32 to 45%), relatively small in particle size, bluish, high in stability (storage stability is more than six months) and good in a film-forming property at room temperature.

The invention discloses a method for coloring the surface of a ceramic body and a ceramic colorant. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) spraying the colorant on the surface of the ceramic body, wherein the raw materials of the colorant comprise water, a chemical material, a ceramic pigment and a suspension stabilizer, and the chemical material is one or a combination of a low-temperature bright flux, a high-temperature non-luminous material and an opacifier; (2) drying the ceramic body sprayed with the colorant; and (3) burning the dried ceramic body at a high temperature to obtain a product, wherein the raw materials of the colorant comprise water, a chemical material, a ceramic colorant and a suspension stabilizer. The used colorant disclosed by the invention mainly contains water, also contains a little of chemical material and ceramic pigment, and is sprayed on the surface of the ceramic body; the spraying amount is less; and the cost is very low and the process is very simple compared with the existing glazing method.. The colorant is sprayed on the surface of the ceramic body; the product can completely keep the modular surface effect of the ceramic body before being sprayed with the colorant; and concave and convex outlines of the modular surface are clearer and sharper, and the effect of imitating stone is vivid.
