The system is characterized by comprising a microprocessor, an LED lamp, a sensor and a database, wherein the sensor is provided with a light sensor, a temperature sensor and a moisture sensor; lamp beads of three or more color temperatures of 2000K, 5700K and 7000K and a multipath light regulation light source are arranged in the LED lamp; the database comprises the data of various yearly variation modes of luminance and temperature color corresponding to time points; each indoor parameter collected by each sensor is sent to the microprocessor; and the luminescence proportions of three lamps in the LED lamp are controlled by the microprocessor to display different color temperatures under different types of luminance.
