The method is characterized by comprising the following steps: adding water to achyranthes root powder for flash extraction, and carrying out centrifugation and flash concentration on the extracting liquor; adding absolute ethyl alcohol to the concentrated liquor for natural alcohol precipitation, and standing and centrifuging to obtain a precipitate; adequately dissolving the precipitate by adding water, and after filtering, concentrating by a flash concentrator; and carrying out vacuum drying on the concentrated liquor to obtain an achyranthes root polysaccharide product.
