The preparation method comprises the following steps: dissolving chitosan in water according to the weight ratio of the chitosan to water being 1: (70-90), wherein the temperature is controlled to be 20 DEG C; uniformly stirring for 20-30 minutes so that the chitosan is dissolved to obtain a mixed solution; preparing citric acid according to the weight ratio of the chitosan to the citric acid being 1: (3-4), dissolving the citric acid in water under the condition that the weight ratio of the citric acid to the water is 1: (4-6), stirring 5-10 minutes at a temperature of 20 DEG C, so that the citric acid is dissolved and then a citric acid solution is obtained; slowly pouring the citric acid solution prepared in the step 2 into the chitosan-water mixed solution obtained in the step 1 and in a stirred state, continuing to stir 2 hours, after the mixed solution is fully dissolved, adding a bactericide into the mixed solution in a stirred state under the condition that the weight ratio of the mixed solution to the bactericide is 1: (0.1-0.2), so that the bactericide is fully dissolved; and carrying out bottling and cap sealing.
