The invention discloses a formula and a preparation method of a multifunctional nano hard fireproof heat insulation sheet material. The formula comprises the following components, in percentage by weight: 20%-40% of magnesium oxide, 20%-40% of magnesium chloride, 20%-40% of water, and 5%-10% of an acid solution. The preparation method comprises the steps: mixing and stirring the above components to become sticky, and then standing for standby application; respectively laying plastic films on the bottom surface and the side surfaces of a sheet material molding mould frame, and spraying a mould release agent on the surfaces of the plastic films; pouring the mixture of the step one into the mould frame of the step two, and then laying a layer of non-woven fabric; then brushing the mixture on the non-woven fabric, laying the non-woven fabric again, and after repeating three to eight times, naturally hardening. The sheet material is prepared according to the formula and the method disclosed by the invention, with alternately repeated molding of the mixture and the non-woven fabric, the sheet material has the advantages of high strength, fire proof, heat insulation, water proof, leakage resistance and the like; simultaneously with addition of the acid solution in the formula, the sheet material can play a damp proof effect; and with addition of a calcium carbonate powder, the prepared sheet material is not deformed.
