Abstract

The synergistic bactericide comprises the active components consisting of thiophanate methyl, hexaconazole and additives, wherein on the basis of the total weight of the bactericide, thiophanate methyl accounts for 2 to 50%, hexaconazole accounts for 1 to 20%, an auxiliary agent accounts for 2 to 25%, and a filling material accounts for 5 to 95%. A bactericide composition which contains thiophanate methyl and hexaconazole and is in the form of a wettable powder or suspending agent can be prepared by adding the above-mentioned components into an enamel mixing tank for uniform mixing and carrying out air jet pulverization or grinding. The synergistic bactericide employs compounding of thiophanate methyl and hexaconazole, has the characteristics of low toxicity, low residual, a wide insecticidal spectrum, good persistence, low cost and in particular, nuisanceless control, and is an ideal pesticide variety for prevention and treatment of a variety of diseases.
