Abstract

The invention provides a special efficient energy-saving enameled wire which relates to a new product with the change of a wire cross-sectional perimeter. A round enameled stranded wire is changed into an oval enameled stranded wire. According to the skin effect of alternating current, the resistance of the round enameled stranded wire is increased, and the conductive efficiency is reduced. According to the theory that the largest current which is allowed to pass of the alternating current in a conductor is proportional to the cross-sectional perimeter (new discovery), the cross-sectional area of the wire is not increased and the cross-sectional perimeter of the wire is increased, the perimeter of an oval wire is increased compared with a round wire with the same cross section area, the surface area is increased, and the resistance is reduced. The conductivity ability is increased, and the conductivity efficiency is raised. With an attached drawing as an example, compared with a round enameled wire with the same cross-sectional area, the conductivity efficiency is raised by 12.5%. The special efficient energy-saving enameled wire has a significant economic benefit.
