Problems solved by technology

[0004] Recently, it has been reported in the literature that manometers are used for continuous airbag pressure monitoring, but none of them can send out alarm signals for the upper or lower pressure limit, and the staff need to read the data before making a judgment

Embodiment Construction

[0016] The present invention will be described in further detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.

[0017] Such as figure 1 As shown, the continuous airbag pressure monitoring alarm includes an alarm circuit, a three-way valve 1, a cylinder 2, a piston 3 and a spring 4.

[0018] Wherein, the alarm circuit includes a resistor R1, a sliding rheostat R2, a resistor R3, an adjustable resistor R4, a resistor R5, an adjustable resistor R6, a diode D1, a diode D2, an alarm B1 and an alarm B2. One end of the sliding rheostat R2 is connected to the positive pole of the power supply U, and the other end is connected to the negative pole of the power supply U after a resistor R1 is connected in series. One end of the adjustable resistor R4 is connected to the positive pole of the power supply U, and the other end is connected to the negative pole of the power supply U after the resistor R3 is connected in series. One end of the adjustable re...

Abstract

The invention discloses a continuous air bag pressure monitoring alarm which comprises an alarm circuit, a three-way valve, an air cylinder, a piston and a spring, wherein the alarm circuit comprises a resistor, a slide rheostat, an adjustable resistor, a diode and alarms; the piston and the inner wall of the air cylinder are enclosed and are cooperated in a sliding manner, the air cylinder is divided into an upper seal chamber and a lower chamber by the piston, the upper seal chamber is connected with one port of the three-way valve through a pipe, the spring is arranged in the lower chamber, one end of the spring is connected to the piston and the other end is connected to the bottom of the air cylinder, and a piston rod on the piston is connected with a slider of the slide rheostat. When the pressure in an air bag increases, the piston moves downwards, the spring is compressed, the compressed length of the spring is directly read from the transparent air cylinder, and the pressure of air in the air bag can be directly obtained, therefore, the pressure of air in the air bag can be continuously monitored; and when the pressure of the air bag is too high or too low, the two alarmssend out alarm prompts, the air bag is deflated or inflated through the three-way valve after alarm.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a medical device, in particular to a continuous air bag pressure monitoring alarm. Background technique [0002] The premise of invasive mechanical ventilation is to establish an artificial airway (including oral intubation, nasal intubation and tracheotomy). In order to prevent air leakage, the air bag attached to the artificial airway needs to be filled to establish a "lung-artificial airway-ventilator closed system". However, the pressure of the airbag must be controlled within a certain range. If the pressure is too low, the airway may not be sealed, resulting in the failure to establish the "lung-artificial airway-ventilator closed system", which will endanger the patient's life; if the pressure of the airbag is too high, It will also compress the airway mucosal tissue, leading to ischemia and necrosis of the airway mucosal tissue, and even serious complications of tracheoesophageal fistula. [0003] The existing ope...
