The device includes parallel signal-conditioning channels which are in one-to-one correspondence to antenna array elements in an antenna array. Each signal-conditioning channel includes a baseband processing and phase-position adjustment module, a radio-frequency module and an antenna-array-element interface module, which are connected in order. The baseband processing and phase-position adjustment module is used for carrying out baseband processing on signals and adjusting phase positions of the signals. The radio-frequency module is used for carrying out frequency-conversion processing on received signals. The antenna-array-element interface module is connected with the antenna array elements and the radio-frequency module.
