The culture medium for the morchella is added with the peat and a plurality of waste materials on the basis of the traditional culture medium, and thus is capable of meeting the nutrition requirements of the growth of the morchella and also advantageous for hypha production, and moreover, the raw materials are wide in source and the cost is low. The preparation method of the culture medium for the morchella is scientific and rational, and consequently, the nutrition values of various materials can be utilized more effectively, fruiting can be advanced, the fruiting period can be prolonged, and the nutrition value of the morchella is also increased.
