The communication equipment is arranged in the closed space. The second roof layer is arranged above the first roof layer, and a preset distance is kept between the first roof layer and the second roof layer. The heat dissipation system comprises an evaporation unit, a transmission unit and a condensation unit. The evaporation unit comprises a first evaporation plate, a second evaporation plate and a first gas collecting tube. The condensation unit comprises a first condensation plate, a second condensation plate, a second gas collecting tube and a third gas collecting tube.
