torsion spring into an elastic buckle. The automatic assembling
machine comprises a frame body, a
torsion spring feeding mechanism, a
torsion spring shifting mechanism, an elastic buckle feeding mechanism and an assembling mechanism. The assemblingmechanism comprises a first bracket, a mounting plate, an
extrusion component, a pushing component, a material pushing component and an auxiliary
extrusion block, wherein an elastic buckle containinggroove is formed in the material pushing component. When the torsion spring is extruded, the auxiliary
extrusion block abuts against one end of the torsion spring, and the extrusion
assembly extrudesthe other end of the torsion spring to make the two ends of the torsion spring close to each other. After the pushing component pushes the torsion spring into the elastic buckle, the material pushingassembly pushes the elastic buckle with the torsion spring out of the assembling mechanism. By the adoption of the automatic assembling
machine, the torsion spring can be extruded automatically, the torsion spring and the elastic buckle can be automatically assembled, the assembling efficiency of the elastic buckle and the torsion spring is improved greatly, and the production and assembling efficiency of the hooks is improved; and the assembling structure is optimized, so that the movement of the elastic buckle is reduced during work, unnecessary movement time is saved, and the assembling efficiency of the elastic buckle and the torsion spring is improved.
