The semiconductor refrigeration and heating air-conditioning tent used in the dormitory comprises a thermal insulation tent body and is characterized in that a hot end radiator which is closely attached to the thermal insulation tent body is arranged on the outer side of the lower portion of the thermal insulation tent body, a cooling fan used for cooling the hot end radiator is arranged on the outer side of the hot end radiator, a semiconductor chilling plate is arranged at the position, corresponding to the hot end radiator, of the inner side of the lower portion of the thermal insulation tent body, a cold end radiator is arranged on the outer side of the semiconductor chilling plate, and a cold air blowing fan used for diffusing cold air of the cold end radiator into the tent body is arranged on the side edge, close to the tent body, of the cold end radiator. The semiconductor refrigeration and heating air-conditioning tent used in the dormitory is low in power consumption, wherein the maximum power of one device is basically 20 watts, the number of the devices can be increased or decreased as needed, and therefore the power of the tent is much lower than the power of a household air conditioner. Based on small-area temperature control, temperature regulation degrees can be controlled according to different students, and therefore the preference of each student can be met.
