Provided is a lithium secondary cell having: an internal electrode body including a positive electrode plate, a negative electrode plate, the positive electrode plate and the negative electrode plate being wound and laminated around an external periphery wall of a hollow cylindrical winding core, and inside the internal electrode body a nonaqueous electrolyte solution being impregnated, a cylindrical cell case contained in this internal electrode body 1 with both ends being opened, and two electrode caps sealing the above described internal electrode body 1 at both the open ends of this cell case. The electrode cap has a plate member sealing the internal electrode body and disposed so as to seal both the open ends of the above described cell case, an external terminal member protruding onto the surface of the electrode caps to lead out currents to outside, and an internal terminal member brought into connection with the internal electrode body and taking out currents from the internal electrode body, and an elastic body and at least two of the above described plate member, the external terminal member and the internal terminal member are joined together for construction. The invention provides a liquid-based friction generator, a power generation method and a sensor. The friction generator comprises a friction layer of which the upper surface is provided with a first conductive element in a contacting manner, and a liquid into which a second conductive element is immersed; the lower surface of the friction layer and the upper surface of the liquid are arranged in a face-to-face manner; at least one part of the lower surface of the friction layer can be separated from the upper surface of the liquid after contacting with the upper surface of the liquid; and electric signals can be outputted to the outside through the first conductive element and the second conductive element. Correspondingly, the invention also provides a sensor and a friction power generation method. According to the friction generator, friction power generation of the liquid and the solid friction layer and electrostatic conduction principles are utilized; and the liquid and solid contact-based friction generator is designed and is simple in structure, and can collect mechanical energy generated by liquid fluctuation, and convert the mechanical energy into electrical energy, and has a broad application prospect.

The hybrid energy storage system is characterized by being formed by a super-capacitor energy storage module, a storage battery energy storage module and an energy storage coordinating controller, and according to different operating states of the micro-grid, the hybrid energy storage system adjusts the control modes of the super-capacitor energy storage module, the storage battery energy storage module and the energy storage coordinating controller to meet operating needs of the micro-grid. In the grid-connected operation process of the micro-grid, the hybrid energy storage system has two control modes, according to the first control mode, the hybrid energy storage system receives power dispatch of a micro-grid energy management system, and according to the second control module, the hybrid energy storage system stabilizes output power of a public connecting point (PCC). In the isolated island operation process of the micro-grid, the hybrid energy storage system adopts the control mode of stabilizing voltage and frequency of the micro-grid. The hybrid energy storage system can meet the needs of the micro-grid in different operation states, and improve the power grade of the micro-grid.

Preparation method of double-sided passivated crystalline silicon solar cell

The invention discloses a preparation method of a double-sided passivated crystalline silicon solar cell, belonging to the technical field of photovoltaic power generation. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: firstly, respectively carrying out surface precleaning and surface texturing on P-shaped single crystal silicon and a polycrystalline silicon wafer by adopting an alkaline solution and an acid solution; secondly, diffusing by using phosphorus oxychloride as a diffusion source to form a PN junction; thirdly, removing a phosphosilicate glass on the surface of the silicon wafer by adopting a chemical wet method, and etching the edge of the silicon wafer by adopting a plasma; fourthly, preparing a silicon nitride film on the surface of an emitting region of a P-type silicon wafer by adopting a plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition method; fifthly, preparing a mixed phase film material of hydrogenated microcrystalline silicon and amorphous silicon by adopting a hot filament chemical vapor deposition method, depositing a film at one side of the P-type silicon wafer, and passivating the defects and a dangling bond on the surface of the P-type silicon wafer; and sixthly, sintering a screen printing back electrode and a screen printing positive electrode to form the solar cell. The invention lowers the probability of compounding photo-generated minority carriers on the back surface, enhances the long-wave light quantum efficiency and creates the conditions of transportation and collection of the photo-generated carriers.
