The method includes: detecting and acquiring echo signals of a ground penetrating radar; pre-processing the acquired echo signals; performing enhancement processing of the pre-processed echo signals; extracting time-domain feature and wavelet packet energy spectrum feature of the echo signals after enhancement processing, performing Welch power spectrum estimation and high-order spectral analysis of the echo signals after enhancement processing, and respectively obtaining a Welch power spectrum and a high-order spectrum; performing fusion of the time-domain feature, the wavelet packet energy spectrum feature, the Welch power spectrum, and the high-order spectrum of the echo signals; performing target recognition of the fused four kinds of signals via a wavelet neural network; and outputting a result after target recognition. According to the system and the method, comprehensive detection and recognition of the underground target can be realized based on multi-feature information fusion, the recognition of the underground target bodies in different shapes and of different materials can be effectively realized, and the recognition accuracy is high.

The preparation method comprises: dissolving polyether polyol in an N-methyl pyrrolidone solution of dimethylol propionic acid; adding diisocyanate in a dropwise manner; adopting dibutyltin dilaurate as a catalyst, and adding hydroxyethyl methacrylate to carry out end capping; adding triethylamine to form a salt, then adding deionized water to prepare an aqueous polyurethane acrylate prepolymer emulsion; and finally adding hexafluorobutyl acrylate and azodiisobutyronitrile to prepare the aqueous fluorine-containing acrylate modified polyurethane coating. The synthesized emulsion of the present invention has the following advantages that: dispersion is uniform; stability is good; water resistance and mechanical property of the cured film are substantially improved; elasticity and mechanical property of polyurethane are provided; ultraviolet resistance, nuclear radiation resistance, flexibility, excellent surface properties, water resistance and corrosion resistance of the fluorine-containing material are provided; and the coating can be adopted as coatings for building and furniture.

By the scaffold material, the sodium alginate and the chitosan base which can be completely degraded are taken as base materials; by combining an interlayer manufactured by a rapid prototyping (RP) technology, the mechanical strength of the sodium alginate and chitosan scaffold material can be improved; and the pore diameter of a scaffold is 100 to 150mu m, the porosity is more than 90 percent, and the tensile strength reaches 1 to 8 MPa. The invention provides an environment-friendly acrylate grouting material, as well as a preparation method and an application thereof. The material mainly comprises the following components in parts by weight: a main agent, namely 100 parts of methacrylic acid-beta-hydroxyethyl ester, a crosslinking agent which includes 5-30 parts of hydrophilic compound containing a diallyl ether functional group, 1-5 parts of initiator and 0.5-3 parts of accelerant, 0-20 parts of an adjuvant, and a solvent, namely 2-1,000 parts of water. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, mixing the main agent, the crosslinking agent, the accelerant, the adjuvant and a part of solvent evenly to form a solution A in use; then dissolving the initiator into a residual solvent to form a solution B; and finally mixing the solution A with the solution B evenly, and solidifying at room temperature. According to the grouting material disclosed by the invention, the technical problem that the existing organic grouting material cannot be grouted once after being mixed with an inorganic grouting material, and the technical problem that the existing grouting material has poor durability, low strength, poor water solubility, low water expansion rate and high toxicity are solved.

The novel slag system flux-cored wire not only has the processing property of the flux-cored wire of a rutile slag system, but also has the mechanical property of an alkaline flux-cored wire. When the slag system flux-cored wire is adopted to weld, the operating performance is good, the spatter is small, the slag detachability is good, the low-temperature impact toughness is excellent, and compared with a traditional acidic flux-cored wire, the crack resistance is improved obviously. The content of diffusible hydrogen of the acidic flux-cored wire is greatly reduced, H5 standard can be reached, the comprehensive mechanical property of the acidic flux-cored wire is improved, the low-temperature impact value can be more than 50J even at the temperature of 50 DEG C below zero, and the crack resistance is excellent.
