The low-hydrogen welding metal has excellent low-temperature toughness and the strength which is matched with the ultra-low-temperature high-manganese steel, and can meet the technical requirements for the strength and the ultra-low-temperature toughness of the ultra-low-temperature high-manganese steel to be welded.
