The method comprises the steps of acquiring the all media transmission quantity of each multimedia resource in a preset data list on all network platforms by using a web spider technology according to a preset period based on the preset data list, and computing the all media transmission rate of corresponding multimedia resource on all network platforms based on the all media transmission quantity of each multimedia resource on all network platforms; respectively importing the all media transmission rate of each multimedia resource on a television platform; and performing weighted sum on the all media transmission rate of each multimedia resource on the television platform and the all media transmission rate of each multimedia resource on all network platforms so as to obtain the all media transmission index of each multimedia resource. The method is a dynamic all media transmission index computing method, and puts multidimensional data samples of the television media and the network platform into computing category, thereby better reflecting practical ratings.
