B. Clarke) J. K. Morton ex D. Y. Hong (Commelinaceae) (MB), and Crassocephalum rabens S. Moore (Asteraceae) (CR) with a series of solvents. A pharmaceutical, nutritional, or healthcare composition for protecting or treating acute fulminant hepatitis, for protecting or treating sepsis or related indication thereof, and a composition for skin whitening are also provided herein. These compositions all comprise effective amounts of the galactolipids-enriched plant extracts or purified compounds thereof as bioactive ingredients.
