Abstract
The invention relates to a traditional Chinese medicine granule and particularly relates to preparation methods of a traditional Chinese medicine for treating hypertension and a granule thereof. The traditional Chinese medicine granule is prepared from following traditional Chinese medicine raw materials, by weight, 10-15 parts of taxillus sutchuenensis, 15-20 parts of kudzu roots, 8-10 parts of rhizoma chuanxiong, 10-15 parts of chrysanthemum indicum, 5-8 parts of hawthorns, 15-20 parts of prunella vulgaris, 4-8 parts of dogbane leaves, 10-15 parts of uncaria, 10-15 parts of gastrodia elata, 5-8 parts of semen cassia, 5-8 parts of ganoderma lucidum, 5-8 parts of radix scutellariae and 2-5 parts of clerodendrum trichotomum. The granule is prepared through following steps: selecting the traditional Chinese medicine raw materials according to the proportions, grinding the traditional Chinese medicine raw materials into fine powders and mixing the fine powders uniformly to obtain a mixture; adding the mixture to eight times of ethanol with a concentration being 65% for heating reflux extraction for 45 min to obtain an extract and adding the rest part to six times of ethanol with the concentration being 65% for heating reflux extraction for 30 min to obtain an extract; mixing the two extracts with filtration; concentrating the extracts to a clear paste with a density being 1.50 for later use; and adding dextrin and sugar to the clear paste, manufacturing the clear paste into granules and packaging the granules. The traditional Chinese medicine granule has effects of softening blood vessels and dredging blood circulation for reducing blood pressure, and meanwhile has alleviate effects on headache, dizziness and the like symptoms caused by hypertension.
Description
technical field [0001] The invention relates to a traditional Chinese medicine granule, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine for treating hypertension and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Hypertension is one of the common diseases in internal medicine, and it is a clinical syndrome based on elevated arterial blood pressure. With the change of human life style and living environment, the proportion of high blood pressure in the total population is getting higher and higher, and the number of people with high blood pressure in China has exceeded 160 million. According to authoritative statistics, more than half of hypertensive patients die of renal failure and heart failure, which is closely related to antihypertensive western medicine. Western medicine can cause strong drug dependence in patients. On the surface, lowering blood pressure actually destroys the heart, brain, and kidneys, and also brings side effects such as dizziness, naus...
