Abstract

Provided is a display. The display is capable of having an array with organic light emitting diode pixel units. Each of the display pixel units can be provided with a light emitting diode which is capable of emitting light under the control of a thin film driving transistor, and can be provided with a thin film transistor and a capacitor structure. The capacitor structures form circuits used for compensating driving transistors based on change of threshold voltage. The capacitor structures can be formed by conductive polar plates which are piled up in an interlaced manner. The conductive polar plates can be formed by material layers used for forming the driving transistors and other thin film transistors. The material layers can be semiconductor layers, first-layer metal layers, second-layer metal layers, third-layer metal layers and inserted dielectric layers.
