Embodiment 1

[0021] Dry the filaments, petals and calyxes of kiwifruit male flowers at 40°C for 20 hours respectively; pass the dried filaments, petals and calyxes through a 200-mesh sieve; collect the sieved powder to obtain filament powder and petal powder respectively and calyx powder; after mixing 6 parts of silk powder, 3 parts of petal powder, 8 parts of calyx powder and 1 part of kiwi male flower pollen, the kiwi pollen mixture was prepared and stored at 0°C. The main nutrients in the additives (filament powder, petal powder and calyx powder) in the kiwifruit pollen mixture except male flower pollen are shown in Table 1, and Lycopodium powder was used as the control group.

Abstract

The invention provides a kiwi pollen mixture as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The mixture comprises the following ingredients in parts by weight: 6 to 8 parts of kiwi male flower filament powder, 3 to 5 parts of pedal powder, 8 to 10 parts of calyx powder and 1 to 2 parts of kiwi male flower pollen. The preparation method of the mixture comprises the following steps: (1) respectively drying filaments, pedals and calyx of kiwi male flowers for more than 12 hours at the temperature of 40 to 70 DEG C; (2) respectively sieving the dried filaments, pedals and calyx by utilizing a 200-mesh sieve, and collecting the sieved powder to respectively obtain the filament powder, the pedal powder and the calyx powder; and (3) uniformly mixing 6 to 8 parts by weight of filament powder, 3 to 5 parts by weight of pedal powder, 8 to 10 parts by weight of calyx powder and 1 to 2 parts by weight of kiwi male flower pollen obtained in the step (2), thus obtaining the kiwi pollen mixture. The mixture can be applied to artificial pollination and has advantages of low cost, high fruit setting ratio and high average weight of a single fruit.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of mechanical large-area artificial pollination, and in particular relates to a kiwifruit pollen mixture and a preparation method and application thereof. Background technique [0002] Kiwi fruit is a labor-intensive industry. At present, the scale of kiwi fruit planting in my country is developing rapidly, and there are more and more large-scale planting areas of thousands of acres. With the rapid development of the industry, the shortage of labor resources has become increasingly prominent. Kiwifruit is a cross-pollinated plant, and now more than 90% of the parks must rely on artificial pollination to ensure production. In order to improve pollination efficiency, various kiwifruit pollination tools have been introduced in production, but mechanical pollination causes a huge waste of pollen. If pure pollen is directly used for mechanical pollination, the pollen consumption will increase by 10-20 times comp...
