For an ancient Chinese ash whose trunk has rotten caves running through from the top down, people cannot get inside the caves in the trunk for implementing technical operations such as scraping the rotten woodiness, sterilizing and printing edible vegetable oil protecting layer; the invention is aimed at the features of the caves and the types of the pathogenic bacteria strains, employs a prevention method of sensitive agents and concentration, takes 80% of carbendazim wettable powder, 70% of mancozeb wettable powder and 30.5% of thiram wettable powder as a fungicide; and the growth inhibition effect to certain mycelia belonging to the deuteromycota and hyphomycetales fungus that rots the trunk of the ancient Chinese ash is up to 88.23% to 100%.
