Embodiment 1

[0014] Example 1: Make 100 kg of compound feed, 10 kg of sargassum powder, 10 kg of sargassum powder, 10 kg of eel algae powder, 40 kg of oyster shell powder, 10 kg of soybean protein, 5 kg of fish meal, and 10 kg of sea mud , 1 kg of shrimp bran, 0.5 kg of yeast powder, 0.5 kg of immune polysaccharide, 1 kg of multivitamin, 1 kg of inorganic salt mixture, and 1 kg of adhesive. Each component of the above weight is weighed, fully ground and mixed in a pulverizer, screened for a particle size of 100 mesh, added with water, granulated, and dried to make pellet feed.

Embodiment 2

[0015] Example 2: From October 26, 2012 to January 26, 2013, the experiment site was at the Liaoning Academy of Marine and Fishery Sciences. Pick sea cucumbers with similar specifications as the experimental materials, use plastic baskets, put black corrugated boards at the bottom of the baskets, hang the plastic baskets in the pool, put 4-5 sea cucumbers in each basket, and the water surface does not exceed the basket surface after each water change. The sea cucumbers in the baskets cannot climb out of the baskets, and the water temperature is kept at 21±0.5°C by using temperature-controlled heating equipment. Different feeds were prepared with seaweed powder, sea mud, soybean protein, and oyster shell powder as the main ingredients. The feed composition is shown in Table 1. Three baskets of sea cucumbers were fed for each feed.

Abstract

The present invention relates to a sea cucumber compound feed, especially to a compound feed suitable for stichopus variegatus growth and ripening. According to the stichopus variegatus food composition characteristics, the compound feed adds a high proportion of oyster shell powder as a main raw material for producing the stichopus variegatus compound feed. The compound feed includes the following components (in weight percentage): 10% sargassum powder, 10% sargassum thunbergii powder, 10% zostera marina powder, 10% soybean protein, 40% oyster shell powder, 5% fish meal, 10% sea mud, 1% shrimp brans, 0.5% yeast powder, 0.5% immune polysaccharides, 1% compound vitamins, 1% inorganic salt mixtures and 1% adhesive. All the raw materials are grinded using a grinder, screened using a 100 mesh sieve, thoroughly mixed, added with an appropriate water, made into granules using a granulator, and dryed into a granular feed with a length of 1-2 cm and a diameter of 3-4 mm. The feed is non-polluting and non-residual, and has non-toxic side effects. Compared with the traditional sea cucumber feed, the increased proportion of oyster shell powder in the feed composition can partly replace seaweed powder and reduce production costs. The stichopus variegatus has a better adaptability to the compound feed and can have a good growth and ripening after fed by the compound feed.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a compound feed for sea cucumbers, which is characterized in that it is suitable for the growth and ripening of sea cucumbers. Background technique [0002] Stichopus variegatus belongs to the phylum Echinodermata, the class Holothuria, the order Stichopus, the family Aposticidae, and the genus Apostichopus. Sea cucumber is distributed in Guangxi, Guangdong, Nansha Islands, Hainan Island, Leizhou Peninsula and other coastal areas of China. It has the characteristics of high nutritional value, high temperature resistance, and fast growth. It is one of the high-quality edible sea cucumbers produced in southern my country. , is also a popular food and medicinal material in Southeast Asia, and is the main target for the development of sea cucumber farming in the south. [0003] Since the breakthrough of sea cucumber artificial breeding technology at the end of the last century, sea cucumber farming in my country has shown a rapid d...
