Embodiment 1

[0016] (1) Clean the metal copper surface with ethanol and deionized water in sequence, and dry it with nitrogen gas for later use;

[0017] (2) Add 0.02mol / L ethanol solution of capsicum extract dropwise to the treated metal copper surface at 25°C, and then apply a 30V DC voltage between the copper and platinum electrodes to which the ethanol solution of capsicum extract is dripped (The copper sample is the anode, and the platinum electrode is the cathode). After 2 hours of treatment, a white film appeared on the copper surface. After drying with nitrogen, the film was in a super-hydrophobic state, and the surface contact angle was 153.7±3° (see figure 1 ).

[0018] Wherein, the extraction method of the capsicum extract is as follows: commercially available dried red peppers are used as raw materials, and the capsicum extract is obtained by conventional organic solvent extraction, and the capsicum extract contains substances with amide groups.

Abstract

The invention relates to ultra-hydrophobic membrane layers and particularly relates to a method for preparing the ultra-hydrophobic membrane layer on a surface of metals with a chilli extract. In the method, an alcohol solution of the chilli extract being 10<-3>-10<-1> mol / L in concentration is dropped onto the surface of a copper sample, and then one-step electrolysis is carried out to form a complex film layer on the surface of the copper sample. The method is simple in operation, is free of expensive devices, and enables agents being free of environmental danger. The ultra-hydrophobic membrane layer is expected to be applied in the fields of anti-corrosion, waterproof and self-cleaning of metals and the like.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a super-hydrophobic film layer, in particular to a method for preparing a super-hydrophobic film layer on a metal surface by using capsicum extract. Background technique [0002] Wetting performance is an important feature of solid surfaces. It is generally believed that the contact angle of water on a solid surface is greater than 150°, and the surface is in a superhydrophobic state. The surface of the lotus leaf in nature is a typical example of superhydrophobicity. On the surface of the lotus leaf, water droplets can roll freely, and when rolling, they can take away pollutants such as dust attached to the surface, so that the surface can be kept clean. The study found that the superhydrophobicity of the lotus leaf surface is caused by the hierarchical structure of the combination of microstructure and nanostructure on the surface and the existence of waxy substances on the surface. Practice has proved that the superhydroph...
