Abstract

The invention discloses an anti-freezing solution with high stability, which comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 20-30 percent of isopropanol, 2-3 percent of dimethyl carbonate, 0.4-2.5 percent of sodium benzoate, 1-3 percent of benzotriazole, 5-8 percent of a polyurethane thinner, 10-12 percent of ethanol, 2-5 percent of ethyl oleate and the balance of deionized water. The anti-freezing solution adopts a phosphate-free formula system. According to the formula, sodium benzoate and organic acid are used cooperatively to protect metal together, and long-term metal corrosion resistance is provided with the aid of benzotriazole. The anti-freezing solution has a favorable addition effect on corrosion resistance of metal.
