Silica gel composition for treating scars and resisting skin aging comprises cross-linked PDMS (polydimethylsiloxane), PDMS and volatile annular siloxane and is characterized by further comprising nanoscale pearl powder. The silica gel is formed by compositing the cross-linked PDMS, the PDMS, the volatile annular siloxane, the nanoscale pearl powder and the like. The nanoscale pearl powder with the proper mass concentration is added, and the silica gel and active ingredients of the pearl powder play roles in synergetic repairing of the scars and resistance to skin aging.
