Abstract

The invention provides an ink jet recording device and a recording method capable of inhibiting the omission of printing. The ink jet recording device related in one embodiment comprises an actuator, a nozzle plate, a supplying part, a discharging part and a circulating part. The actuator comprises pressure chambers for accommodating ink, and can change the volumes of the pressure chambers. The nozzle plate is provided with nozzles with the diameter ranging from 20 mu m to 40 mu m, and the nozzles open towards the pressure chamber. The supplying part is used for supplying the ink to the pressure chambers. The discharging part recycles the ink from the pressure chambers. The circulating part makes the ink circulate among the supplying part, the pressure chambers and the discharging part.
