Embodiment Construction

[0013] A method for antiseptic treatment of corn husks, comprising the following steps:

[0014] (1) Treat the corn bran at 55°C and 15% relative humidity for 20 hours, then soak the corn bran in a potassium nitrate solution with a mass fraction of 1% at 25°C for 10 minutes;

[0015] (2) Rinse the corn husks treated in step (1) with clean water, then dry until the water content is 25%, soak in sodium chloride solution with a mass concentration of 1% for 2 hours, and rinse with clean water;

[0016] (3) Soak the corn husks treated in step (2) with a treatment agent at 28°C for 1.2 hours. The treatment agent is prepared from the following raw materials by weight: 0.5 parts of sodium salicylate, 1.2 parts of Caulis Spatholobus 0.8 parts of white pomegranate, 1.2 parts of wild jujube leaves, 0.8 parts of cypress kernels, 2.2 parts of peach branches, and 20 parts of water;

[0017] (4) Rinse the corn husks treated in step (3) with 0.5% urea water, and then soak the corn husks in a...

Abstract

The invention relates to an antiseptic treatment method of corn bran. The antiseptic treatment method comprises the following steps: (1) treating corn bran for 20 h in the condition of 55 DEG C, and soaking corn bran in a potassium nitrate solution with the concentration of 1% at the temperature of 25 DEG C; (2) washing corn bran with clean water, drying till the water content is 25%, and soaking for 2 h in a sodium chloride solution with the mass concentration of 1%; (3) soaking corn bran in a treating agent for 1.2 h at the temperature of 28 DEG C; (4) washing corn bran with urea water with the concentration of 0.5%, and soaking corn bran in treating fluid for 1 h at the temperature of 25-30 DEG C; (5) soaking corn bran for 3 min in an acetic acid solution with the concentration of 0.5%, washing corn bran surface with clean water, and drying at the temperature of 45DEG C. The corn bran antiseptic treatment method disclosed by the invention is simple, and the antiseptic and mould proof capacities of the treated corn bran are obviously improved.
