Embodiments of the present invention provide an alarm reporting control method, an apparatus and a base station. The method comprises: based on an interface establishment characteristic and interface link establishment status of an X2 interface, setting interface control status of the X2 interface; if the interface control status of the X2 interface is debug status, reporting no alarm to a network management device; and alternatively, if the interface control status of the X2 interface is common status, and the X2 interface is faulty, reporting an alarm to the network management device. A technical scheme of the present invention can implement that the base station automatically controls alarm reporting of the X2 interface based on the interface control status of the X2 interface, thus solving a false alarm problem of the X2 interface and preventing a false alarm of the X2 interface from interfering with normal network operation and maintenance, and compared with prior art that avoids the false alarm of the X2 interface through planning and configuring an adjacent cell blacklist, can improve network operation and maintenance efficiency and prevent an impact on network performance.
