Abstract

The method includes the steps that firstly, ripe hizikia fusiformis fronds are selected as breeding vegetables, the quality components of the breeding vegetables are measured, and the breeding vegetables with the quality components meeting the following requirements are selected to be cultivated, wherein the protein content of the dry breeding vegetables is larger than or equal to 10%, and the sum of the proportions of threonine, cysteine, methionine, valine, isoleucine, leucine, tyrosine, phenylalanine, lysine and tryptophan is larger than or equal to 40% of the content of the hizikia fusiformis protein; secondly, after the breeding vegetables meeting the quality requirements are collected, the fronds on the lower portions of the breeding vegetables are removed, the fronds in the middle and on the upper portions of the breeding vegetables are kept, female seedlings and male seedlings are placed in a nursery pond in pairs to be cultivated for 5 days to 8 days, sperms and eggs are released, the eggs are fertilized to form young embryos, and the young embryos are collected.
