Abstract

The invention relates to a microecological preparation applicable to pampus argenteus juvenile fish and application of the microecological preparation, and belongs to the technology of seawater fish type feed additive application. The invention aims at selecting probiotics applicable to the pampus argenteus juvenile fish for thus improving the growth performance of the pampus argenteus juvenile fish. By comparing and analyzing the safety and the beneficial function of bacillus subtilis, lactobacillus plantarum and clostridium butyricum, the condition that the bacillus subtilis does not have any harm to the pampus argenteus juvenile fish and has the best beneficial effect is found. The growth performance and the immunologic function of the pampus argenteus juvenile fish are obviously improved by the bacillus subtilis, so that the microecological preparation is recommended to be used in artificial culture of pampus argenteus.
