Abstract

The water quality blending module is used for blending test water with different water quality parameters. The water transport and distribution pipe network simulating module simulates water supply pipelines of a water supply network, and comprises water pipelines, water values, butterfly valves, and detection ports, wherein the water values, the butterfly valves, and the detection ports are arranged on the water pipelines, and the water pipelines are totally enclosed and are distributed in a symmetric dual-snakelike shape. The power module is used for controlling the water speed and the water pressure of the water transport and distribution pipe network simulating module. The control and metering module comprises a water quality parameter data acquisition device and is connected with the detection ports in order to detect the water quality parameters of the water in the water pipeline. The control unit, according to the water quality parameter data monitored by the water quality parameter data acquisition device, controls the water quality blending module to blend test water with a water quality characteristic close to that of finished water or water transported and distributed in the pipe network. The power module performs control in order that the test water cycles in the water pipeline according to set pressure and flow and the test water is regularly sampled and detected.
