The invention relates to a passive
intermodulation test method suitable for a whole
satellite, and the method comprises the steps: S1, the whole
satellite is added, and a navigation subsystem is powered up; S2, establishing an uplink link of the navigation subsystem; S3, adjusting the level of the uplink injection
signal, enabling the carrier-to-
noise ratio flag bit transmitted back by telemetering to be displayed as 0 * 10, and recording the level of the uplink
signal as P1 at the moment; S4, enabling other
radio frequency systems of the whole
satellite to be powered up, and turning on
wireless signals, so at the moment, the carrier-to-
noise ratio estimated value is decreased; S5, by increasing the level of the uplink injection
signal to P2, recovering the airborne
noise ratio of the uplink injection
receiver to the state 0 * 10 before other
wireless signals are started up; S6, calculating the increment P2-P1 of the uplink injection level before and after the
radio frequency channels of the navigation downlink and other subsystems are started, so as to evaluate the final
assembly technical state of the satellite. According to the method, the influence of the passive
intermodulation product generated in the final installation state on the uplink is determined, and data proof is provided for satellite final
assembly technology state confirmation and satellite delivery.
