The primary cutting magnetic field which is formed by the first power supply input primary solenoid, the side surface magnetic conductor 1, the second power supply input primary solenoid, the pincer-shaped magnetic conductor 2, the third power supply input primary solenoid and the side surface magnetic conductor 3 reduce the N-pole magnetic field rotor and the S-pole magnetic field rotor which are formed by the secondary solenoid and the strip-shaped magnetic conductor, thereby forming a secondary N-pole magnetic field and a secondary S-pole magnetic field, wherein the secondary N-pole magnetic field and the secondary S-pole magnetic field and opposite magnetic-pole magnetic fields which are formed by the S-pole stator and the N-pole stator generate a driving power for rotating the rotor.
