Abstract

The Hg<2+>-M-beta-CD fluorescent sensitizer has a remarkable reinforcing effect on aflatoxin M1 fluorescence and the reaction is quick. A related coefficient R of an AFM1 to-be-detected solution system can reach 0.999 or above in the concentration range of 0.01-2 [mu]g / L and the detection limit is 0.0026 [mu]g / L. The quick, sensitive and economic fluorescence reinforcing agent is expected to be directly applied to detection of AFM1 in dairy products and a new idea and a new approach are provided for rapid detection of AFM1.
