Abstract

The invention discloses a treatment method for removing tin in PCB industrial wastewater. Wastewater is sequentially treated by a water collecting well, a coarse screen, a primary sedimentation tank, a pH value adjusting tank, an alginic acid-biological catalytic adsorption purification system, an aeration and nitrification tank, a biological denitrification tank, a secondary sedimentation tank and a water purifying tank. Rolling adsorption brushes with alginic acid and sargassum thunbergii attached are creatively used as a selective contact reaction medium, when tin ions in the wastewater are fully contacted with the rolling adsorption brushes, hydroxyl groups, carboxyl groups and amide groups on alginic acid and sargassum thunbergii molecular chains can have complexation reactions with the tin ions selectively, the tin in the wastewater is efficiently adsorbed by the sargassum thunbergii, and sargassum thunbergii residues after the adsorption reaction are brushed away by fixed brushes and settle naturally to gradually form sludge substances, so that the tin ions in the wastewater are removed. Meanwhile, the materials, namely, alginic acid and sargassum thunbergii, used by the system are substances which are low in cost and easy to obtain.
