A rolling adsorption brush to which chitosan and sargassum thunbergii are attached is creatively used as a selective contact reaction medium, when antimony ions in the wastewater make full contact with the rolling adsorption brush, hydroxyl, carboxyl and acylamino on molecular chains of chitosan and sargassum thunbergii can selectively generate a complex reaction with the antimony ions, antimony in the wastewater is efficiently adsorbed by the sargassum thunbergii, sargassum thunbergii residues obtained after an adsorption reaction are brushed away through a fixed brush and then naturally settle, sludge matter is gradually formed, and therefore the antimony ions in the wastewater are removed.
