Example Embodiment

[0055] Example 1

[0056] This embodiment is used to illustrate the steam cracking method provided by the present invention.

[0057] use figure 2 The cracking device shown performs cracking reactions. The specific process includes:

[0058] The C4, C5, and C6 olefins (composition shown in Table 1) are vaporized in a vaporization device; the dilution steam 3 is preheated through the feedstock preheating section 11 in the convection section of the cracking furnace, and the unsaturated hydrocarbons The weight ratio of the amount of 1 to the dilution steam 3 is 1:0.4; then the vaporized gas-phase unsaturated hydrocarbon is mixed with the gas of the dilution steam preheated by the raw material preheating section 11 to obtain a mixed gas; Introduce the mixed gas from the top of the radiant section of the cracking furnace into the radiant section 9 for cracking reaction;

[0059] Wherein, the temperature at which the dilution steam is preheated in the convection section of the cracking ...

Abstract

The present invention discloses a steam cracking method, which is performed in a vaporization apparatus and a cracking furnace, wherein the cracking furnace comprises a convection section and a radiation section. The method comprises that unsaturated hydrocarbon is vaporized in the vaporization apparatus, diluted steam is pre-heated in the convection section of the cracking furnace, the vaporized gas-phase unsaturated hydrocarbon and the pre-heated diluted steam are mixed, and the obtained mixture is introduced from the top portion of the radiation section of the cracking furnace so as to be subjected to a cracking reaction. According to the present invention, the unsaturated hydrocarbon is adopted as the cracking raw material, the pre-heated temperature of the cracking raw material in the convection section is low, and the temperature of the unsaturated hydrocarbon in the convection section pre-heating alignment tube is reduced so as to reduce the coking rate of the unsaturated hydrocarbon in the pre-heating alignment tube and slow or avoid the coking of the cracking raw material during the pre-heating process in the convection section, such that the possibility of the cracking furnace work stopping caused by the coking at the convection section is reduced, and the smooth operating of the cracking furnace is ensured.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a steam cracking method. Background technique [0002] Low-carbon olefins such as ethylene, propylene and butadiene are important basic raw materials for the petrochemical industry. At present, the method for producing low-carbon olefins is mainly based on the tube furnace petroleum hydrocarbon steam cracking process. According to statistics, about 99% of ethylene, more than 50% of propylene and more than 90% of butadiene in the world are produced through this process. [0003] There are two main sources of raw materials for the production of low-carbon olefins such as ethylene, propylene and butadiene. One is light hydrocarbons by-product of natural gas, such as ethane, propane, butane and natural gasoline, etc.; Products, such as refinery gas, naphtha, diesel, and secondary processing products, such as coking hydrogenated naphtha, hydrogenated tail oil, etc. A common feature of these raw materials is that most of them are ...
