Abstract

The invention discloses a PCR primer set for detecting multiple respiratory viruses, a probe set and a kit. All sequences of PCR primers are shown in SEQ ID NO.1-SEQ ID NO.18. Probes comprise at least two of molecular beacon probes for the nine respiratory viruses, wherein the two ends of the probes are provided with fluorophores and quenching groups respectively. All sequences are shown in SEQ ID NO.19-SEQ ID NO.27. The invention further discloses a PCR reaction solution containing the PCR primers and the probes and the kit containing the PCR reaction solution for at least one person. By means of the PCR primer set, the probe set and the kit, the nine respiratory viruses can be rapidly and accurately detected in a parting mode.
