According to the method and device, the individual behaviors of the users, and the distance relationship between the interests of the groups of the users and the sign places of the users are comprehensively considered, and the place category is used as a bridge for connecting the individual behaviors and the group interests, so that the user interests are mined and recommendation is carried out.
