The method comprises: digesting cerebral cortex of neonatal rats and part of white matter with trypsin and DNA enzyme; blowing and beating the obtained product to be a single-cell suspension; inoculating the single-cell suspension into a culture flask coated with polylysine in advance by use of a mixed-cell culture medium; performing culture for 3 to 5 days; replacing the culture flask with an oligodendrocyte precursor cell proliferation culture medium when the fusion of bottom-layer cells reaches 65 to 75 percent; performing culture for 3 to 5 days; replacing the oligodendrocyte precursor cell proliferation culture medium with an oligodendrocyte precursor cell separation culture medium; digesting the obtained product at 37 DEG C; isolating oligodendrocyte precursor cells from mixed cells; blowing and beating the obtained product to be the single-cell suspension; inoculating the single-cell suspension into the culture flask coated with polylysine in advance by use of an oligodendrocyte precursor cell inoculation culture medium; replacing the culture flask with an oligodendrocyte precursor cell purification culture medium after the cells adhere to a wall; performing culture for 2 to 4 days; and obtaining adherence cells, namely the oligodendrocyte precursor cells. The method can obtain a large number of high-purity good-activity oligodendrocyte precursor cells conveniently, rapidly, economically and efficiently.

The invention discloses a method for reliably transmitting a real-time service in a wireless ad hoc network based on cooperation reservation. The method comprises the following steps of: switching a subsequent period to a reservation mode and accessing a channel after a real-time data packet is successfully transmitted in a competition mode, and switching to the competition mode to retransmit the data packet if the real-time data packet is unsuccessfully transmitted in the reservation mode; before a node transmits a data packet or an acknowledgement packet, selecting a piece of reservation information from a reservation table and transmitting the information together with the packet, not selecting if the reservation information is absent, discriminating the carried reservation information by using the node receiving the packet, storing the information in the reservation table if the distance between the node and a reservation initiator is smaller than a cooperation threshold and the reservation information is absent in the reservation table, and neglecting the reservation information if the distance is greater than the cooperation threshold and the reservation information is present. By the method, an effective spread range of the reservation information is widened, the problem that the reservation information is lost to cause packet conflict due to path fading and packet conflict factors is solved, and the transmission reliability of the real-time reservation service in a reservation time period is improved.
