This invention belongs to the field of injection molding
adhesive technology, specifically relating to an anti-seepage composite admixture, anti-seepage
reinforced concrete for drainage pipes, and their preparation method. The composite admixture comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1 part modified aliphatic
sulfonate water-
reducing agent, 0.15-0.25 parts
lignin sulfonate water-
reducing agent, and 0.8-1.2 parts expanding agent. The modified aliphatic
sulfonate water-
reducing agent is prepared by: preparing an
emulsion using unsaturated
acid anhydride, C14-C18
alkyl acrylate monomer, and emulsifier; simultaneously, preparing an initiator solution for later use; under an
inert atmosphere, adding sulfites,
formaldehyde (part 1), and water to a reaction vessel, raising the temperature, adjusting the pH, and controlling the temperature to add ketones and
formaldehyde (part 2); adding
formaldehyde (part 3), simultaneously adding the
emulsion and initiator solution, and gradually increasing the temperature during the reaction. The modified aliphatic sulfonate water-reducing agent can stabilize small, closed bubbles, forming a uniformly distributed microbubble
system. The three components in the composite admixture synergistically optimize the size, quantity, and distribution of bubbles.
